Helping Hands Ministries, Inc., has been organized exclusively for religious, charitable, educational, literary, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law), including the making of distributions to or for, but not limited to: individuals, churches, schools, colleges, universities and seminars, and those spreading the Gospel according to Jesus Christ.

Helping Hands Ministries` vision is to reach our communities, both locally and globally, by spreading the word of Christ through generous giving.

Helping Hands Ministries, Inc. was established in 1996 with the heart and vision of Wendy Seaman, Carey Barnes, and Betty Derrick.  In 1997, the organization employed a small team of dedicated individuals and distributed approximately $347,000.  Over the years, the organization has grown into a $12 million nonprofit and distributes donations, both locally and internationally.  Cash and non cash gifts are allocated to individuals in need, startup organizations, international charities, and many more!
